Interview: Ecommerce Implications From Social Media

I just stumbled upon a great interview with Jeremiah Owyang. At the moment I'm still overwhelmed by all the implications of different social behaviours, networks etc. on eCommerce. During the Barcamp in Berlin this weekend I had a chance to talk about useability and tracking with some nice designers. I was shocked when they told us that approx. 50% of all people putting up sites don't test useability. Not on one person. I started to develope ambitions toward a portfolio of useability tests, mouse tracking + heat maps and experience.
